Aam-Panna or Kacchi-Kerri Sharbat

Aam Panna or Kacchi Kerri is most liked juice in Summers that protects from hot wind (luu), It is also considered as healthy drink especially in summer season. Although it is very easy to prepare but including some additional ingredients make it tasty.

Ingredients Details

S. No Ingredients Quantity
1 Raw Mango 2 pieces
2 Water 4 Glass
3 Sugar as per taste  2 Teaspoon
4 Black Salt 1 Teaspoon
5 White Salt 2 Teaspoon
6 Rosted Cumin Powder 1 Teaspoon
7 Mint Leaf Paste 1 Teaspoon
8 Fresh Green Chilly Paste 1 Teaspoon

  Recipe Method  

  1. Wash and boil mangoes in 3 cups of water – use the pressure cooker, 2-3 whistle.
  2. Cool the mangoes and use the soft mango pulp to add it to the water in the empty jar.
  3. Add the rest ingredients – Sugar, Black Salt, white Salt, Mint Leaf Paste, Cumin Powder, Fresh Green Chilly Paste  and blend it well.
  4. Now chill it with ice or in Refrigerator.


Aam Panna is ready to serve – Chilled Panna taste well, therefore, serve it chilled.
