Aamras Recipe

Aamras is a popular sweet dish in Maharashtra and Gujarat. Aamras is served with pooris. Try this appetizing Maharashtrian and Gujarat Aamras recipe and you will like it.

Aamras Ingredients

Ingredient Quantity
Ripe Mango 1 Kg
Sugar  50 gram
Cardamom powder 1/5 tbsp
Saffron for garnish 4-5 leaves

Recipe Method

Step 1 – Peal and cut the mangos into small pieces.

Step 2 – Take a grinder jar add mango pieces + sugar and grind the mango until converts into the smooth pulp.

Step 3 – Take a serving bowl and pour mango pulp and chill in the refrigerator.

Aam-rash

Aamras is ready, Garnish it with Cardamom powder and Saffron.
