Besan Nankhatai Recipe
Besan Nankhatai is prepared using Gram Flour/Besan and Suji. I love to prepare Besan Naankhatai over Maida Nankhati. You can store Nankhati for 1 month and enjoy your tea time with it.

Besan Nankhatai Ingredients
|Sugar powder||85 gm|
|Cardamom powder||⅕ tbsp|
|Baking Soda||1 pinch|
Step 1 –Take a bowl add melted butter/Ghee + sugar powder + Besan + Suji and mix it well.
Step 2 – Mix it properly to make the dough.
Step 3 – Make medium sized balls and flatten it gently on the smooth surface. Take a knife and make a cross on all the Nankhatai.
Step 4 – Spray Cardamom powder on all the Nankhatai to give the Cardamon Flavour, you can keep it plain you want.
Step 5 – Preheat the microwave on 200 deg celsius and bake on the low rack for 20 mins.
Step 6 – Once baked, keep aside to cool on the room temperature.
