Black Grape Juice

Black Grape juice is very effective in preventing minor skin problem. I always prefer to buy fresh fruits from the market and prepare fresh juice at home. Black Grape juice is refreshing especially during hot summer. 

  • Preparation time – 5 mins
  • Cooking time –  10 mins
  • Serve persons – 2

Ingredients Details

S. No Ingredients Quantity
1 Black Grape 1 kg
2 Ice cube 5-6 pieces
3 Black salt A pinch
4 Fresh mint leaves For garnish
5 Cumin Powder A pinch
6 Coconut water 2 glass

Recipe Method

  •  Remove the grapes from stem and wash them very well.
  • Take a mixer grinder and adds Grapes + coconut water to blend it properly.
  • Strain using a juice strainer.
  • Press the puree nicely.
  • Now take a serving glass, pour the juice and a pinch black salt + pinch of cumin powder + 2-3 pieces ice cube.

Serve chilled
