Bread Pakora Recipe
Serve Bread Pakora in morning breakfast or in evening snacks. Tasty Pakora is prepared using Potato stuffing and Gram flour/Besan stuffing.

Bread Pakora Ingredients
|Boiled and mashed potatoes||4 pieces|
|Green chilli paste||½ tbsp|
|Besan(gram flour)||150 gm|
|Chopped Green coriander||1 tbsp|
|Salt||as per taste|
|Oil for deep fry||300 ml|
|Cumin Seed||1 tbsp|
|Chopped Green Chilli||2 Pieces|
|Red Chilli||1 tbsp|
|Turmeric Powder||1 tbsp|
|Yellow Corn flour||50 gm|
Step 1 – Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a kadhai and add Cumin seeds, when they crackle, add the Green Chilli and saute for few second to half fry.
Step 2 – Add the mashed potatoes + turmeric powder + Red Chilli + salt and mix them properly. Fry the mixture so that all the ingredients are mixed well. Potato stuffing is ready.
Step 3 – Take the single piece of bread and apply potato/aloo on the single side and cover it using second bread slice.
Step 4 – Cut this gently starting from one corner to other to form the triangular shape.
Step 5 – Take a bowl and Add besan/Gram Flour + Corn flour + Salt + Chopped Green Coriander + Red Chilli and 1 cup water (100 ml) to make the batter.
Step 6 – Heat the oil in Kadhai and cover the triangular shaped bread after dropping into the Gram flour mixture and drop in Kadhai. One fried take out into the absorbent paper to remove the excess oil.
Bread Pakora is ready, Serve it hot with Tomato Ketchup and Green Chutney.
