Bread Roll Recipe

Serve Bread Roll in morning breakfast or as evening snacks. Tasty and Crispy roll is prepared using Potato stuffing and Bread.

  • Preparation time- 10 mins
  • Cooking time – 10 mins
  • Serve person – 4 to 6 Person

Bread Roll Ingredients

Ingredient Quantity
Boiled and mashed potatoes 4 pieces
Green chilli paste ½ tbsp
Chopped Green coriander  1 tbsp
Salt  as per taste
Oil for deep fry 300 ml
Cumin Seed  1 tbsp
Chopped Green Chilli  2 Pieces
Bread  10 Pieces
Red Chilli  1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder  1 tbsp

Recipe Method

Step 1 – Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan add cumin seeds till they turn glossy add + Chopped Green Chilli + Turmeric powder + Red Chilli powder + mashed potato and mix it well then add Chopped Green Coriander.


`Step 2 – Potato Stuffing is ready.


Step 3 – Take the single piece of bread and drop it into the bowl having fresh drinking water, the idea is to soak the bread with water. Note – Do not soak for more than 5 sec, just drop and take out bread immediately.



Step 4 – Apply the potato stuffing on the single side of the bread and fold it to take oval/egg shape so that the potato stuffing is completely covered by soaked bread.


Step 5 – Heat 300 ml oil in Kadhai/Deep Pan and drop rolls in High flame to fry until turns brown and crispy.

Bread Roll is ready, Enjoy with Tomato Ketchup and Green Chutney.
