Paneer is a high protein diet with lots of benefits, it is used to prepare all special dishes in the vegetarian menu. It Provides Instant Energy and is a source of calcium.
- Preparation and Cooking Time – 1 hour.
||Full Cream Milk

|1 Big Tablespoon Curd or
1/2 Piece Lemon or
1 Tablespoon Vinegar
Step 1 –
Take a 1-liter size cooking bowl and boil the milk.
Step 2 – Once the milk is boiled add anyone from three (curd/lemon/Vinegar) provided ingredient.
Step 3 – Keep it on medium high flame and use serving spoon to rotate milk gently. Now you will see paneer started separating from milk after 30 secs.
Step 5 – The whole paneer separation process will take around 4-5 mins.
Step 6 – Use the strainer to remove the water/waste. Keep it aside in the stainer for 10-15 mins to drain excess water from it.
Step 7 – Put the paneer in the cotton cloth and tie it properly to remove the water as much as possible.
Step 8 – Keep it in the refrigerator to maintain the freshness.
