Besan Chilla Recipe
Besan chilla is very easy to make for breakfast. There are many types of Chilla today I am going to make most popular Besan chilla or Gram Flour Chilla. Besan chilla can be served in morning breakfast and school lunch box.

Ingredients

1 | Gram flour or Besan | 200 Gram |
2 | Salt | As per taste |
3 | Ajwain or Carom seed | 1/2 Tablespoon |
4 | Chopped Green Coriander | 1 Tablespoon |
5 | Red Chilli Powder | 1/2 Tablespoon |
Batter preparation.
Step 1 – Take a deep bowl add the Besan/Gram Flour+ Ajwain or Carom Seed + Red chilli powder + Salt + Chopped Green Coriander add the water and sieve the besan mixture to make the thin smooth paste.
Step 2 – Heat non-stick Tawa and grease 1 tablespoon olive or refined oil. Pour the besan paste on the Tawa and spread it on the Tawa.
Step 3 – Cook the Cheela till the upper layer changes its colour and the bottom layer turns golden brown in colour. Now flip it with the help of a wooden spatula, and cook it till the other side also turns golden brown.
Step 4 – Besan Chilla is Ready, take it out in plate and apply same method for next Besan Chilla.
