How to make Bread Poha

Bread is used to prepare many dishes and one of them is Bread Poha. Bread poha is very simple and easy to prepare. You can prepare Bread Poha in morning breakfast or for Snacks.

  • Preparation time – 10 mins
  • Cooking time – 15 mins
  • serve persons – 2

Bread Poha Ingredients

Chopped bread 10 pieces
Oil 2 tbsp
Mustard(Rai)seeds ½ tbsp
Onion chopped 1 pieces
Tomato chopped 1 pieces
Curry leaves(kadi patta) 4 pieces
Green chilli chopped 2 pieces
Turmeric powder ½ tbsp
chopped green coriander 1 tbsp
Salt As per taste

Recipe Method

Step 1 – Chop the bread slices in cube. now heat a oil in a kadai and add mustand seeds and let them crackle and pop.

Step 2 – Now add onion and stir on a low flame and saute the onion till they turn transparent

.

Step 3 – Now add the chopped green chili and chopped tomato,turmeric powder and mix well.

Step 4 – Now add the bread cubes and mix the bread on a low to medium flame.Saute the bread for 5 mins till they become slightly crispy

Step 5 – Now bread poha is ready garnish it with chopped green coriander leaves.

 

Serve it with Green chutney/red chilli sauce…..
