How To Make Jeera (cumin seeds) Roti
Jeera Roti – Quick to prepare and can be served with curd or any curry.
Preparation Time – 10 Mins
Cooking Time – 10 Mins
|1||Wheat Flour||250 gram|
|2||Jeera (cumin seeds)||1 tbsp|
|3||Salt as per taste||1 tbsp|
- Take a wheat flour in a bowl and mix Jeera seeds and salt mix the water and using the finger until converted into the dough.
- Take big size balls from the dough and roll into Rotis.
- Heat the Tawa and cook the Roti on both sides slightly on the Tawa and then put on direct flame till well puffed.
- Take the Ghee and apply it on the Roti
Jeera Roti is ready served it with Aloo curry sabji….
