How To Make Jeera (cumin seeds) Roti

Jeera Roti – Quick to prepare and can be served with curd or any curry.

Preparation Time – 10 Mins

Cooking Time – 10 Mins

Ingredients Details

S. No Ingredients Quantity
  1 Wheat Flour 250 gram
   2 Jeera (cumin seeds) 1 tbsp
  3 Salt as per taste 1 tbsp
  4 Water 1 Glass
 5 Ghee 1 tbsp

Recipe Method   

  1. Take a wheat flour in a bowl and mix Jeera seeds and salt mix the water  and using the finger until                                   converted into the dough.
  2. Take big size balls from the dough and roll into Rotis.                    
  3.  Heat the Tawa and cook the Roti on both sides slightly on the Tawa and then put on direct flame till  well puffed.     
  4. Take the Ghee and apply it on the Roti  

  Jeera Roti is ready served it with Aloo curry sabji….
