How to make Matar (peas) pulao
Matar (peas) pulao Recipe.
This is simple and easy pulao Recipe.This peas pulao is my childreans favourite.So i make it once in a week and pack there lunch Boxes.I served it with Curd and Aloo gravy sabji.

Ingredients Details …

1 | Rice( Basmati) | 1 cup |
2 | Oil | 2 tbsp |
3 | Matar(peas) | ½ cup |
4 | Jeera(cumin)seeds | ½ tbps |
5 | Garam masala | ½ tbps |
6 | Green chilli | 2 pieces |
7 | Onion | 1 pices |
8 | salt as per taste | |
9 | Cloves | 4 pieces |
- wash the Basmati rice till the water runs clear.soak the rice for 30 minutes. Drain and keep aside.
- Heat oil, Ghee in a pan. Add jeera,cloves,and Fry for 2 mins. Now add Onions and sauté till Golden Brown. Now add Green chillies saute till it shrinks. Then add peas and give a quick stir add required salt.
- Rinse the rice and add the pressure cooker. Add water and pressure cook for 2 to 3 whistles. Once pressure releases , open and carefully mix the rice and fluff it up.
Now matar pulao is ready serve it with curd/paneer sabzi
