How to Make Plan Roti

Plan Roti is a traditional roti. These flat bread are made from whole wheat flour and water. Wheat flour also called (Atta). Plan roti is served with a dry vegetable and curry Sabji or Dals/Pules.

  • Preparation Time – 5 Mins
  • Cooking Time – 10 Mins
  • Serve person- 4

Ingredients

S. No Ingredients Quantity
1 Wheat Flour 250 gram
2 Water 1 Glass
3                                                Ghee/Butter  Ghee/Butter

Recipe Method

Step 1 – Take 250 Gram wheat flour, Then mix 1 glass water slowly and knead a dough.

Step 2 – You can also moisten your hands with some ghee and knead the Dough to prevent stickiness.

Step 3 – Flatten the ball and sprinkle some whole wheat flour to the dough ball.

Step 4 – Keep on rolling till you get a circle. sprinkle some wheat flour if the dough so not stick while rolling.

Step 5 – Heat the Tawa and put the Roti on a hot Tawa. Cook the Roti in both side slightly on the Tawa and then put on direct on fire .The Roti will start to puff.

Take the Ghee and apply on the Roti , Serve it with Dal.
