Paneer Bhurji Recipe

Paneer is a high protein diet and a good source of calcium, Paneer is used for various dishes and desserts. Paneer Bhurji is a dry recipe and can be prepared very quickly. You many have faced the problem of Milk curdle – Doodh Fatna during boiling milk, In such situation you can create the Paneer from Milk.

S. No. Ingredient Quantity
1. Paneer 250 Gram
2. Chopped Onion  1 Piece
3. Chopped Tomato 1 Piece
4. Chopped Coriander 1/2 Tablespoon
5. Red Chilli Powder  1/2 Tablespoon
6. Salt As per Taste
7. Turmeric/Haldi Powder  1/2 Tablespoon
8. Coriander Powder 1/2 Tablespoon
9. Garam Masala 1/2 Tablespoon

Recipe Method

 Step 1 – Take Paneer and mash it using your hands.


Step 2 – Heat the oil in the pan and add Cumin seed, allow it to crackle.
Step 3 – Add Chopped Onion + Chopped Tomato and mix it well.
Step 4 – Add Red Chilli Powder + Coriander Powder +  Turmeric + Garam Masala + Salt and saute for 2-3 minutes.
Step 5 – Now add mashed paneer + chopped coriander and mix it well, saute for 1 min.

Paneer Bhurji is Ready, Server it hot with Roti/Chapati
