Paneer Hakka Noodles Recipe

Noodle is one of the most popular Indo-Chinese recipes and is very much loved by almost everyone.

S. No. Ingredient Quantity
1. Hakka Noodles 100 Gram
2. Onion 1 Pieces
3. Capsicum 1 Pieces
4. Carrot 1 Pieces
5. Cabbage 125 Gram
6 Salt As per taste
7 Soya Sauce 1 Tablespoon
8 Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
9 Butter 2 Tablespoon
10 Red Chilli Sauce 1 Tablespoon

Vegetables preparation

Step 1 – Carrot + Onion + Cabbage + Capsicum cut into thin slices.

Step 2 – Put the large cooking bowl on flame adding 3-4 cup water. As soon the water starts boiling add Hakka noodles. When the noodles are boiled, take a strainer and strain the water.


 Step 3 – Heat Butter in a kadhai and add chopped the vegetables to fry on the high flame about 2-3 mins.
 Step 3 – Now reduce the flame to medium heat add the noodles fry 4-5 mins.
Step 4 – Add Paneer + Soya sauce + Vinegar + Red chilli sauce + salt  and stir 2-3 mins.
 Paneer Noodle is ready, Serve it with Tomato ketchup and Red Chilli Sauce…
