Paneer Paratha Recipe

Paneer Paratha is one of the most popular Dish in Punjab. Paneer Paratha is very easy to make among all stuffed paratha. Paneer is a rich source of Protein, Potassium, Vitamin B12 and Selenium, and also contains Vitamin D, Calcium and Phosphorus. Paneer is prepared using milk and you can easily prepare it at home.
Today Let’s add some taste to this and I am sure you will love it.

Ingredients

S. No. Ingredients Quantity
1 Paneer 250 Gram
2 Wheat flour 125 Gram
3 Jeera (Cumin seeds) 1 Tablespoon
4 Garam masala 1 Tablespoon
5 Red chilli powder  1 Tablespoon
6 Salt  As per taste
7 Oil 4-6 Tablespoon

Recipe Method

Paneer Stuffing Preparation

 Step 1 – Take a bowl and mash the paneer properly.

Step 2 – Take a mixture of the Paneer Paratha and add Red Chilli Powder + Cumin seeds + Garam masala + Coriander Powder + Salt and mix it properly.

Dough Method

Step 1 – Take a bowl add wheat flour + salt + Red Chilli Powder + Cumin Seeds + water and knead a soft dough.

Paratha Preparation

Step 1 – Break off small  sized pieces from the dough, make them round, Put dry flour on 1 ball and roll it into a small size paratha.

Step 2 – Now put paneer stuffing on it. Wrap up the paratha and roll it into the round shape.

Step 3 – Now rolled round shape paratha.

Step 4 – Heat the Tawa and put rolled paratha on it. apply the oil both sides and cook until turns brown.

Paneer Paratha is ready, Serve it with Curd, Butter or Pickle.
