Poha Cutlet Recipe
You may have eaten different cutlets in restaurants or home, but have you ever tried Poha Cutlet? Poha Cutlet is crispy and Yummy in taste, it is prepared using Poha as an main ingredient and potato as secondary Ingredient.

|2||Boil potato||2 pieces|
|3||Chopped Green Chilli||2-3 pieces|
|5||Chopped Green Coriander leaves||1 Tablespoon|
|6||Salt||As per taste|
|7||Refined oil for deep fry||500 ml|
|8||Red Chilli powder||1 Tablespoon|
|9||Garam masala||1 Tablespoon|
Step 1 – Take a bowl add boiled mashed potatoes + Wet Poha + Red chilli powder + garam masala + Chopped Green coriander + Chopped Green Chilli + Salt and mix it well.
Step 2 – Poha Cutlet dough is ready.
Step 3 – Divide it into 6-7 equal portions and shape into round and oval shape.
Step 4 – Apply corn flour coating to cover cutlet balls well.
Ready to fry
Step 1 – Heat the oil (500 ml) in a kadhai to deep fry.
Step 2 – Drop the Poha cutlet carefully in the kadhai till turns glossy, take out from kadhai keep aside.
Poha cutlet is ready, Serve it hot with tomato ketchup and green mint chutney.
