Punjabi Bhatura Recipe
Punjabi Bhatura is one of the most famous deep fried bread from the Punjab prepared using refined flour. Bhatura is the perfect combination that is served with Chole all over the World, and popularly called Chole Bhatura served with chopped onion and pickle. You can Chole Bhature in North India streets as morning breakfast.

|White flour/Refined flour||250 gram|
|Refined Oil for deep fry||500 ml|
Step 1 – Take a deep bowl add Refined flour + Yogurt + Refined Oil 1 tablespoon + Salt + water and knead a soft dough, cover the dough and keep aside for 2-3 hours.
Step 2 – Make an equal size 8-9 balls and roll the pure (6″) diameter circle.
Step 3 – Heat the Oil in the deep kadhai, Pour the roll Bhatura for fry. Puff up the-the Bhatura golden brown both side.
Step 4 – Drain on an absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
