Raj kachori Recipe

Raj Kachori is a very Yummy and Delicious Kachori. Raj kachori is filled with different flavours. It is crispy from outside and soft from inside prepared with curd + Aloo bhujiya + Sev namkeen + Papadi + Boil Moong dal + Boil Black Chana + Sweet chutney + Green chutney. Everyone like to eat raj kachori.

  • Preparation time –  15 mins
  • Cooking time- 30 mins
  • Serve person – 2 -3

Ingredients

1 Sooji (semolina) 2 cup
2 Maida (Refined flour) ½ cup
3 Boiled  Potatoes 2- 3 pieces
4 Papadi 5-6 pieces
5 Cumin Powder 1 Tablespoon
6 Red Chilli Powder 1 Tablespoon
7 Sweet Imli (Tamarind) Chutney 1 Cup
8 Green Chutney ½ cup
9 Sweet Curd (Yogurt) 500 gram
10 Dal Moth 1 cup
11 Plain Besan Sev 1 cup
12 Salt As per taste
13 Oil For deep fry 4 cup
14 Pomegranate 1 pieces

Recipe Method

For Kachori

  1. Take a bowl and add Sooji + Maida + Salt + 2 Tablespoon Oil + 1/2 cup water and knead the dough. Make the dough  like poori.
  2. Now the dough is ready.
  3. Heat oil in a kadhai .
  4. Take a small piece of the dough and  roll it with rolling pin (4 inch diameter).
  5. Now put the puri in the kadhai for deep fry. press the puri gently while frying so it rises well like a ball .
  6. Crispy kachori is ready.

Filling method 

  1. Now break out the kachori from the center.
  2. Add all ingredients in the kachori step by step.
