Aam Ki Lonji – Keri Ki Lonji

Aam ki lonji is instant and easy recipe made by raw mangoes. Aam ki lonji is tangy and spicy in taste. Aam ki launji is very easy to make in few minutes at home. It is best side dish for lunch or dinner, Aam launji serve with paratha, plain roti or rice also.The spices give it very good fragrance and a tangy taste. It is very healthy recipe for all age person.

Ingredients
  • 500 Gram Raw Mangoes
  • 20 gram Jaggery
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tbsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tbsp Black salt
  • 2 piece Dry Red Chili
  • 1/2 tbsp roasted cumin powder
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp Fenugreek Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Fennel Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Black Seeds

Instructions
  1. Assemble all the ingredients .

  2. Firstly peel the mangoes ,and extract the pulp from them and chopped it.

  3. After that heat the oil in pan,Then add red chili, fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds, black seeds mix it and saute them.
  4. Once the mixture saute then add the chopped raw mangoes in it , mix it well.
  5. Saute the mixture 2-3 minutes on high flame.
  6. After add the Jaggery in it mix it ,then add 1+1/2 cup of water.
  7. Again mix it well ,cook it on high flame until its boil.
  8. Once it boil, make the gas flame low, then add red chili powder, roasted cumin powder, black salt, garam masala and salt according to your taste.
  9. Mix it well , now cover the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame and afterwards switch-off the gas flame. Allow Aam ki Lonji to cool down in room temprature.
  10. Serve this tangy lunji in lunch or dinner, you can serve this with paratha or plain roti also.
