Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp olive or refined oil
  • 250 gram bathua
  • 500 ml yogurt/curd
  • 1/2 tbsp Cumin seeds (jeera)
  • 1/2 tbsp black mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp Dry red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbsp white salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Black salt

Instructions
  1. Clean the Bathua and wash it in clean water.

  2. Take a pan, heat the water and keep it for boiling add Bathua leaves. It will boil in 6 to 7 minutes and leaves will turn soft.

  3. Cool, the Bathua and grind it in a grinder.

  4. Take out the curd in a bowl. add blend bathua + white salt + black salt and mix it well.

  5. Heat a 1 tablespoon oil in a pan add cumin seed + mustard seeds + Red chilli powder, Add the tempering to the Raita.

  6. Bathua raita is ready.
