Ingredients
  • 250 ml olive or refined oil
  • 125 gram wheat flour
  • 50 gram besan or gram flour
  • 1 tbsp ajwain or carom seeds
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
Servings: people
Instructions
  1. Take a bowl add wheat flour + besan + ajwain seeds + salt + red chili powder + 1 tbsp olive oil and mix it well

  2. Add water and knead a smooth dough.

  3. Now divide small puri size balls, 1-inch diameter each.

  4. Roll the puri using the rolling pin.

  5. Heat the oil in the kadhai and drop puri to deep fry.
  6. Fry until they turn slightly brown in colour and get puffy.
