Ingredients
  • 250 gram besan or gram flour
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp roasted cumin and carom powder
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Asafoetida
  • 1 cup Water
  • 300 ml olive or refined oil
Servings: people
Instructions
  1. Take a bowl add all the ingredients and mix it well.
  2. Add water and knead a dough, Besan Sev dough ready.
  3. Us the Besan Sev mould and fill the dough the other end.
  4. Heat the oil in Pan and drop Sev directly in oil. Fry Sev in medium flame.
  5. As soon fries, take out in a bowl and serve as soon cool down in room temperature.
