Bombay Veg Sandwich Recipe

A quick vegetable sandwich that can be makes a few minutes. A Bombay veg sandwich is very easy to make. I use to prepare the veg sandwich for my son in a week especially when he is back from school and he loves it very much. A super quick and easy light snack and breakfast for the kids and family member.

Ingredients
  • 8 tbsp veg mayonese
  • 8 pieces Bread
  • 1 piece onion
  • 1 piece tomato
  • 1 piece cucumber
  • 1/2 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tbsp chat masala
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
Servings: people
Instructions
  1. Cut Tomato + Cucumber + Onion into round shape.
  2. Now take a bread cut the sides properly.
  3. properly cut the edges.
  4. I have used veg mayonnaise.
  5. Apply the veg mayonnaise on the bread slice.
  6. Place the cucumber + onion + tomato on the bread.
  7. Now sprinkle some red chili powder + chat masala on this slice + salt too.
  8. cover with another slice.Cut into the triangle shape.
  9. Veg Sandwich is ready.
Recipe Notes

Bombay Veg Sandwich is ready, Serve it with green chutney/tomato ketchup.
