Bread Pizza Pockets Recipe

Bread pizza pockets are the really delicious snack. The pizza is the most liked dish by children. Here I use mozzarella cheese and  tomato sauce which gives it a nice flavor to pizza pocket.

Ingredients
  • 500 ml olive or refined oil
  • 100 gram Cheese grated
  • 1 piece tomato chopped
  • 1/2 piece red capsicum chopped
  • 1/2 piece yellow capsicum chopped
  • 1/2 piece green capsicum chopped
  • 1/2 piece carrot grated
  • 1 piece onion chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp pizza origano
  • 2 tbsp sauce or tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 8 pieces Bread
  • 25 gram paneer grated
  • 2-3 pieces green olive/black olive
  • 50 gram butter
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp red chili poiwder

Instructions
  1. Assemble all the ingredients.

  2. Heat a pan add butter, when melt the butter add garlic paste and saute it 30 seconds.

  3. Add chopped onion and saute it till they turn transparent. add chopped tomato and saute it till they turn mushy.
  4. Now add tomato ketchup and red chili powder and saute 4-5 minutes till moisture is gone away in the pocket sauce.
  5. Add grated Carrot + Vegetables + grated paneer and saute till vegetables are half fry.
  6. Add pizza seasoning + green/black oregano and mix it well.
  7. Keep aside and cool down the stuffing. When stuffing is cool down add grated cheese and mix it properly.
  8. Pocket stuffing is ready.
  9. Now take a bread cut the sides properly.
  10. properly cut the edges.
  11. Take a rolling pin and rool the cut bread.
  12. Now grease some water sides of the rolling bread.
  13. Take 1 tablespoon stuffing put in the center of the bread.
  14. Seal the edges properly.
  15. Heat oil in kadhai deep fry the pocket. Drop the pocket carefully in the kadhai.
  16. Fry the pocket till they turns glossy, take out the pocket from the kadhai.
Recipe Notes

Bread Pizza is ready, Serve it with Tomato ketchup/Green Chutney.
