You go anywhere in India you can find a vendor with a handkart selling chikoo. i have grown up eating this humble fruits in all forms. In my childhood, I used to bring a glass of chikoo shake as a breakfast with daily healthy other diet. i love the cold feeling of having a sip of this smoothie on a hot afternoon with some ice on top.

Ingredients
  • 4 Medium Sapota
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 Glass milk
  • 1 Scoop Vanila Ice Cream
Servings: Peoples
Instructions
  1. Peel the skin of Sapota.
  2. Cut this sapota in to half and remove the black seeds from it.
  3. Add the chopped Sapota in jar, add sugar and 1 cup milk in it.
  4. Now blend this mixture into smooth paste.
  5. After that adding the reaming milk & 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream in it.
  6. Again blend this mixture in smooth paste.
  7. Take a serving glass add 2-3 ice cubes in it after that add the Sapota shake mixture in it .
  8. You can garnish this Sapota shake with chopped nuts.
  9. Serve this delicious Sapota shake and enjoy the summer season.
