Cauliflower Manchurian Recipe

Indian Chinese fried Cauliflower is a popular food item in India. The recipe is same as wee use for other Manchurian preparation. Tasty recipe that can be served as starters or evening snacks.

Ingredients
  • 1 piece Cauliflower / Gobhi small pieces
  • 1/2 piece green capsicum chopped
  • 300 ml olive or refined oil deep fry
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp sauce or tomato ketchup
  • 2 piece green chilli
  • 1 piece spring onion leaf chopped
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 4 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 4 tbsp corn flour
  • 2 tbsp mancurian masala

Instructions
  1. Wash and cut pieces of Cauliflower / Gobhi.

  2. Assemble all Ingredients.

  3. Boil Cauliflower / Gobhi, will should be half boiled

  4. Half boiled Cauliflower / Gobhi

  5. Heat the pan on high flame.

  6. Mix all purpose flour and Corn Flour and add some water to make paste. Now dipCauliflower / Gobhi to deep fry.

  7. add dipped Cauliflower / Gobhi one by one and deep fry until turns glossy.

  8. Deep fried Cauliflower / Gobhi are ready.

  9. Add soya sauce + Manchurian masala + tomato sauce + 2 tbsp water to make masala paste.

  10. Now remove excess oil from Pan and Put fried Cauliflower /Gobhi and add Manchurian paste to it.

  11. mix it properly and take it into bowl as soon mixed properly

  12. Garnish with spring onion leafs and serve Cauliflower /Gobhi Manchurian hot.
