Ingredients
  • 1 cup Split Bengal Gram/Channa dal
  • 1 cup Split Green Gram/Dhule Moong dal
  • 1 piece Chopped Onion
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 piece Chopped Green Chili
  • 4 piece garlic
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 2 tbsp chopped green coriander
  • 500 ml oil

Instructions
  1. Assemble all the ingredients properly.
  2. Soak the both pulse whole night and 5-6 hours in water.
  3. Take a jar, Add the both pulses, ginger, garlic and make a smooth paste.
  4. Take a bowl and add the paste, Then add chopped onion, green coriander, chopped green chili, garam masala, salt according to your taste.
  5. Mix the mixture well.
  6. Now heat oil in pan.
  7. Now before that grease the palm with the water then take portion of batter in hand, and make lemon size balls of that batter and press it lightly.
  8. Now Dal Vada is ready for frying.

  9. Now pour all the Dal Vada in hot oil, fry the Dal Vada in light golden brown color.
  10. Now remove the Dal Vada in the pan.
