Imli Ki Chutney

Imli chutney is most important for any chat like samosa, kachori, pani-puri, dahi -puri, you can also serve this tangy chutney with paratha or puri. It is mostly used in sandwiches, burgers and vada pav.

Imli ki Mithi Chatni

This multi-taste chutney have taste of sweet sugar and jaggery, sour taste of imli and little bit of ginger spice. It is very easy to make at home in just a few minutes, You can serve this with your daily lunch. So enjoyed the tangy taste of this imli chutney. Here is how to prepare this water mouthing  imli chutney of my kitchen.

Ingredients
  • 50 gm Tamarind
  • 1 & 1/2 Cup Jaggery
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 2 piece Dried Dates
  • 1/2 tbsp Black salt
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Ginger Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp cumin powder

Instructions
  1. Collect the all ingredients.
  2. Soak 50 gm seedless tamarind in 1 cup of water for 4-5 hours to make fine paste. After that Squeeze the pulp.

  3. Take a pan on medium gas flame, add the pulp in it then add jaggery, sugar, and the mix the mixture well.
  4. Stir the mixture until its boil , after that black salt, plain salt, garam masala ,chili powder, ginger powder, and cumin powder.
  5. Cook the mixture 4-5 minutes on low flame until it gets thicken.
  6. Now add the dried dates in it cook for 1 min.
  7. Here is sweet n tangy chutney is ready to eat with any chat like samosa kachori or parathas. Enjoyed the tangy chutney.
Recipe Notes

One of the fine and best made chutney of my kitchen that you can use with Aloo Tikki, Samosas, Dahi bhalla and to Make bhel puri.
