Jalebi is most important sweet of any Indian function, peoples happily it this sweet. You can easily make this recipe at home in few minutes. this is very simple recipe you can make easily.This is very crunchy and sweet which is deep in sugar syrup.this recipe also known as traditional sweet of Indian functions like Diwali and Holi. This recipe also made in marriage ceremony and served with Rabdi.

How To Make Instant Jalebi
The batter of Jalebi made by mixture of white flour and curd and traditionally kept for 2 days for khameer (Fragmentation).
Take 2 cup of water in pan and add the sugar in it, take this pan on gas on low gas flame ,and stir the sugar until the sugar gets dissolve in water completely.
Cook the syrup on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
cook the syrup to get one string consistency , once you get then switch off the gas flame.
Now prepare the batter of jalebi.
Add the white flour in bowl then add food color ,curd,baking powder and mix the mixture very well.
Add the water in little amount in it to get the thick consistency and again mix it .
Now heat the clarified butter in pan on medium flame.
You can make Jalebi with ketchup bottle.
Take the batter and fill the ketchup bottle with it.
Use the bottle to pour the batter to give Jalebi shape. You may find trouble in first instance but believe me, this is very easy and the next time you will do this exercise perfectly. 🙂

Once it fry ,dry the butter and pour this Jalebi in sugar syrup.
Serve this Jalebi hot and enjoy the tasty flavor of it.
