Healthy chaat or meal made with boiled Black Chana or Black chickpeas, onion and spices. Kala channa is also an excellent source of Protein and Iron.

Ingredients
  • 250 gram kala chana/black chickpeas Boiled
  • 1 piece onion chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp chat masala
  • 1 piece lemon
  • 1 tbsp Roast cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp green coriander chopped
Servings: people
Instructions
  1. Boil the soaked chana.

  2. Assemble all the ingredients.

  3. Take a bowl add boiled Kala chana + chopped onion + red chilli powder + roast cumin powder + lemon juice + chat masala + salt and mix it well.

  4. Take a serving bowl and pour the kala chana mixture in it and garnish it with chopped green coriander and lemon.

Kala channa or Black chickpeas chaat as an evening snack. Or pack into kids lunchbox.
