Ingredients
  • 500 gm Chopped Raw Jackfruit
  • 200 ml oil
  • 2 piece Tomato Puree
  • 2 piece Onion Puree
  • 1 piece Chopped Onion
  • 1 pinch Asafetida
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2 piece Red Chili
  • 2 piece black cardamom
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Coriander
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 piece Bay Leaf
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder

Instructions
  1. Assemble all the ingredients.
  2. Firstly heat the 1 & 1/2 cup oil in pan.
  3. Now add the chopped jack fruit in it and fry them.
  4. Fry the jack fruit until they get light golden brown in color.
  5. Now Add the remaining oil in pressure cooker, you can also use pan to make sabzi.
  6. Now add the 1 pinch of asafetida ,red chili , black cardamom, cumin seeds,bay leaf, ginger garlic paste in it.
  7. Saute this mixture very well.
  8. Now add the chopped onion and again saute them, fry this until the onion get in light brown color.
  9. Then add the onion puree in it again saute them.
  10. Then add tomato puree , red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder,1/2 tbs of garam masala in it.
  11. Again saute this mixture and cook for 8-10 minutes on low flame.
  12. Now add the fried jack fruit and add 2 &1/2 cup water in it.
  13. Now add the salt and cover the pressure cooker, cook for 5 to 6 whistle on medium low flame.
  14. After that cool the cooker then open the cover.
  15. Add remaining 1/2 tbsp of garam masala and chopped coriander in it.
  16. Serve this tasty recipe with roti or paratha.

You can serve this dish with roti, paratha or rice also.
