Mango Jelly Recipe

Mango jelly is an easy recipe prepared using ripe mango and china grass. The jelly tastes really cool and yummy, I am sure your kid will love it.

Ingredients
  • 1 piece mango Ripe mango
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 8 gram china grass or agar agar powder
  • 300 ml Water
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

Instructions
  1. Take a bowl, add 300 ml water + china grass or agar-agar powder and rest for 10 minutes.

  2. Peel and cut the mango small pieces.
  3. Take a grinder jar and grind the mango until converts into the smooth pulp.

  4. Add sugar in the mango pulp and mix it well.

  5. Now boil the china grass until mix properly and switch off the flame.

  6. In this hot china grass mixture, Pour mango + sugar puree + lemon juice and mix it properly.

  7. Pour the mixture in Jelly mould and keep aside to cool down to the room temperature. As soon temperature is normal, keep the mould in the refrigerator (ice cabin) for 45 minutes.
