Ingredients
  • 2 litere Full Cream Milk
  • 1 tbsp Cardamom powder
  • 1&1/2 Cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Pistachois
  • 250 gm Khoya/Mava

Instructions
  1. Take the pan on medium gas flame and boil the milk.
  2. Once the milk boil then slow the gas flame and stir the milk in every 1-2 minutes until it gates thick and half in quantity.
  3. Now add the Khoya , cardamom powder, sugar, chopped pistachios in it.
  4. Continue boil this mixture on medium flame.
  5. In every 1-2 minutes stir this mixture to mix this all ingredients very well.
  6. Now let it cool completely , it is very important to cool it before freezing.
  7. Once it cooled at room temperature pour it in to Moulds. you can use also a cup or short glass.
  8. Cover it with lid.
  9. Prepare all moulds and ready to go into freezer, Let it set for 8-9 hours overnight in freezer.
  10. Once it set. It is time to serve. To remove the kulfi from mould, deep the mould in water for 1-2 seconds now insert the ice cream stick in it,
  11. It will come out very easily.
  12. You can garnish with chopped nuts, Now it is ready to eat in hot summer seasons.
