Ingredients
  • 250 gm Split Yellow Gram
  • 250 ml oil
  • 1 tbsp salt

Instructions
  1. Assemble all the ingredients properly.

  2. Firstly soak split Yellow gram in enough water for 5-6 hours.
  3. Drain the water completely.
  4. Spread the the soaked Yellow gram on tissue paper for 1 hour to drain the water completely.
  5. Heat the oil in pan.
  6. Fry the yellow gram in hot oil with the help of the strainer.
  7. Fry the yellow gram until it turns into crisp & you can hear the crisp sound.
  8. Drain off the yellow gram over a tissue paper.
  9. After that pour this yellow gram in bowl and add salt in it and mix well
  10. Now you can serve this tasty and crispy namkeen dal with tea or coffee.
