This recipe is very easy to make at Home.This recipe which can served as a Breakfast , as a Lunch or as a Snack. Palak Puri is good way for that kids who do not eat Vegetables based on Spinach.

Ingredients
  • 250 Gram Palak (Spinach Leaf)
  • 1 Inch ginger
  • 2 & 1/2 Cup wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp Gram Flour
  • 1/2 tbsp Roast cumin powder
  • 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 500 ml oil

Instructions
  1. Assemble all the ingredients.

  2. First Clean and Wash the Spinach Leaf. Grind Spinach Leaf and Ginger into Smooth Paste.

  3. Grinded palak paste.

  4. Take a Wheat Flour in Bowl add Cumin Seeds, Red Chili Powder, Salt, Roasted Cumin Powder, Gram Flour, Garam Masala, Refined Oil.

  5. Mix the mixture Well , Now add the griend mixture Paste Little by Little and make the tight dough to make Puri.

  6. Dough is ready.

  7. Now take some oil to grease on hand and take some portion of dough and make the roll in long size.

  8. Make small size balls of that roll, and rolls the balls into Puri.

  9. Now put the Puri in hot oil and press lightly with a spoon so that it puffs up.

  10. Fry all the Puris untill the turn into golden Brown color from both sides.

  11. Serve this Puri with aloo ki sabji or raita.
