Paneer Laddu Recipe

Paneer laddu is one of the most popular sweet in North India. I tried this paneer laddu recipe for the first time using the sweetened condensed milk. Try this easy laddu recipe this Diwali. You needed only three ingredients Paneer + Cardamom + condensed milk.

Ingredients
  • 250 gram paneer
  • 300 gram sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 tbsp cardamom/elaichi powder
  • 8 pieces almond/badam
  • 1 tbsp ghee/clarified butter
Servings: pieces
Instructions
  1. Crumble it properly using finger. Take a mixture jar and add crumbled paneer + cardamom powder and grind it until making a smooth paste.
  2. Heat a pan add paneer paste + condensed milk and cook on medium flame stirring continusly.
  3. Stir mixture well on medium flame to get thick.
  4. Now add ghee and stir continusly till the mixture thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan.
  5. Take a serving bowl and pour the mixture in a bowl.
  6. Alow the minxture cool. mix again using hands and make a balls/laddu.
  7. Place the laddo a small muffine liners and garnish with sliced almond.
Recipe Notes

Paneer laddu is ready. Serve cool.
