Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp olive or refined oil
  • 350 gram paneer
  • 1/2 tbsp yellow mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp black mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 5 pieces curry leaves
  • 2 pieces cinnamon stick/dal chini
  • 1/2 tbsp nutmeg/jaifal powder
  • 1/2 tbsp mace/javatri powder
  • 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic paste grinded
  • 1/2 tbsp ginger paste grinded
  • 2 pieces onion grinded
  • 2 pieces tomato grinded
  • 1 tbsp shahi paneer masala
  • 2 tbsp yogurt/curd
  • 4 tbsp fresh cream/malai
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp green coriander
  • 8 pieces kaju/cashew nuts grinded

Instructions
  1. Heat the Pan and add 2 tbsp oil to fry Panner.

  2. Collect all the spices in the separate bowl or plate as shown.

  3. Grind tomato and onion, garlic and ginger.

  4. Heat 2 tbsp oil the deep pan/kadhai and drop cumin seed + yellow mustard + black mustard + cinnamon stick/dal chini + kari leaves and allow them to crackle. As soon crackles, add Garic paste + Ginger Paste + Onion Paste and saute for 1-2 minute on medium flame to turn glossy.
  5. Now add tomato puree + Red Chilli + Tumeric + Cardimom + shahi paneer masala + + yogurt + salt + mace/javatri powder + nutmeg/jaifal powder + cinnamon stick/dal chini + kaju/cashew nuts puree + cream and saute for 4-5 mimutes on medium flame.

  6. As soon curry turns golden yellow, add 1 cup water and paneer, saute for 2 minutes on low flame and serve it hot with Naan/Chapati/Roti
