Ingredients
  • 4 tbsp Butter/Ghee
  • 3 pieces potato
  • 100 gram Cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp red chilli
  • 1/2 tbsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 4 tbsp cornflour
  • 1/2 tbsp Black salt
  • 1/2 tbsp green coriander chopped
Servings: pieces
Instructions
  1. Peel and grate the potato properly.

  2. Grate the cheese properly.

  3. Take a bowl add grated potato + cheese and mix it well.
  4. Now add cornflour + red chilli + garam masala + cumin seeds chopped green coriander leaves and mix it well.

  5. Make a dough.
  6. Divide it into 6-7 equal portions and shape into round shape
  7. Heat 4 tbsp ghee in a pan and add cutlets in it.

  8. Fry them on a medium flame till they turn Golden Brown one side.

  9. Turn over time to time and cook until both sides turns brown.

Recipe Notes

Potato cheese cutlet is ready, Serve hot with Tomato ketchup/Green chutney.
