Sesame seed laddus are majorly eaten during winters and are healthy and help to prevent from cold season. Sesame is rich nutritional content, like vitamins, minerals, natural oils, and organic compounds which consist of magnesium, calcium, iron, phosphorous,  copper, zinc, manganese, fibre, thiamin, vitamin B6, protein, folate, and tryptophan.

Ingredients
  • 1 TBSP Cardamom powder
  • 250 GRAM SESAME SEEDS/TILI
  • 250 GRAM KHOYA DRY MILK
  • 125 GRAM sugar powder
Servings: PEOPLES
Instructions
  1. CARDIMOM POWDER

  4. KHOYA

  5. ROAST SESAME SEEDS in Medium Flame.

  6. Hot Khoya in Pan.

  7. Grind SESAME seeds

  8. SESAME Seeds after grind.

  9. Mix Khoya and Sesame seeds.

  10. Add sugar to the mixture and mix well.

  11. Using hands make laddu.
