Ingredients
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 250 500 paneer
  • 2 pieces onion puree
  • 2 pieces tomato puree
  • 1/2 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • 250 ml fresh cream/malai
  • 1 tbsp green corian
  • 1 piece onion cut ring for garnish
  • 1 tbsp salt

Instructions
  1. Cut triangle shape paneer.Take a pan and fry the paneer.

  3. Heat butter in a kadhai add ginger + garlic paste and saute for 1-2 minutes.

  4. Add onion paste and saute for 2-3 minutes.

  5. Add tomato puree + cream stir for 2 minutes.

  6. Add+ coriander powder + red chilli powder + garam masala and stir-fry till fat separates.

  7. NOw add water 1 cup of water and boil simmer for 5-10 minutes. Take a serving bowl add shahi paneer gravy and add paneer.

Paneer is a high protein diet and a good source of calcium.
