Ingredients
  • 2 Cup Semolina or Sooji
  • 2 tbsp green coriander
  • 4 tbsp Chooped Onion
  • 4 tbsp Chooped Tomato
  • 100 gm Curd
  • 2 Piece green chili
  • 5 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 Cup Water

Instructions
  1. Assemble all Ingredients.
    Suji ka Uttapam -Sooji Ka Uttapam- -Rava Uttapam-Instant Sooji Uttapam
  2. Add sooji and dahi in a bowl then little amount of water in it and mix it very well.
  3. Allow the batter to rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. After that again add remaining water in it to make thick batter. Adjust water so that the batter is not much thick and not very loose.
  5. Now heat a tawa/pan and spread some oil, Note that use non stick pan for best result. You can also use normal Tawa Pan but it has high chance that Sooji Uttapam will stick during fry.
  6. Pour the batter on tawa an spread it lightly.
  7. After that add chopped onion ,tomato green chili ,green coriander & little pinch of salt on it.
  8. Press the sooji utappam with the spatula.
  9. Cook until change color of top surface , flip it and cook the another side of it on medium flame.
  10. Pour this into serving plate and serve it hot.
  11. You can make this in another way, add the all vegetables in sooji batter mix it very well and follow the above process for making remaining uttapam.
  12. You can serve this uttapam with tomato chutney or Mint chutney.
Recipe Notes

Uttpam is famous in south India and is served in morning breakfast. Now days suji ka uttapam is popular all over in India and people prefer to have uttapam in breakfast and lunch.
