Ingredients
  • 4 Medium Boiled Potato
  • 4 tbsp Clarified Butter
  • 1 tbsp Rock Salt
  • 1 piece Chopped Green Chili
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Green Corainder
Servings: Peoples
Instructions
  1. Add the Clarified Butter in Pan/Kadhai.
  2. As soon butter is hot, add the Green Chili and Saute them well to turn glossy.
  3. Mash the potatoes using hand and add them in Pan. Mix it well using spatula with ghee and green chilli.
  4. Now add the Rock Salt as per taste, Do not add much :).
  5. Saute the mixture of Potato for next 4-5 minutes on medium flame until turns glossy.
  6. Add the Green Coriander and mix well.
  7. Aloo fry for vrat is ready Serve hot with lemon juice or curd.

Recipe Notes

Serve with Curd , Green Chutney and or Lemon. You can also make this in normal days and can eat with chapati and paratha.
