Veg Noodles Recipe

Veg Noodle is a popular street food and is loved by every child. You can find noodles in every restaurant, I have seen noodles gaining lot of popularity in last 15 years due to its unique taste.

S. No. Ingredient Quantity
1. Noodles 100 Gram
2. Onion 1 Pieces
3. Capsicum 1 Pieces
4. Carrot 1 Pieces
5. Cabbage 125 Gram
6 Salt As per taste
7 Soya Sauce 1 Tablespoon
8 Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
9 Oil 2 Tablespoon
10 Chilli Sauce 1 Tablespoon

Vegetables preparation

Step 1 – Cut or chop  Carrot + Onion + Cabbage + Capsicum.



Step 2 – Boil 5 cups of water in a pot or pan. Add the noodles in hot boiling water. When the noodles are boiled properly take a strainer and strain the water.


Step 3 – Heat oil in the kadhai . Add cut vegetables and fry on the high flame about 2-3 mins.

Step 4 – Now reduce the flame to medium heat and stir noodles for next 4 to 5 mins.
Step 5 – Add the Soya sauce + Vinegar + Red chilli sauce + salt  and stir for 2-3 mins.
Noodles are ready, Serve it hot with Tomato and Chilli ketchup
