Veg Roll Recipe
Veg Roll is a popular street food from India. It is an rolled Roti/Chapati wrapped and stuffed with Vegetables, Paneer, Green Chutney, and Sauce bit Spicy and yummy Snack. The dish is easy to prepare and is very much loved by children.

|1||Whole wheat chapattis(Roti)||4 pieces|
|6||Chopped Tomato||1 pieces|
|7||Garlic paste||1 Tablespoon|
|8||Tomato puree||3 Tablespoon|
|9||Grated Paneer||125 gm|
|10||Red chilli powder||½ Tablespoon|
|11||Garam masala||½ Tablespoon|
|12||Chat masala||1 Tablespoon|
|13||MInt Chutney||2 Tablespoon|
|14||Onion Ring||1 piece|
|15||Salt||As per taste|
Method For Stuffing
Step 1 – Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan add Garlic paste and sauté 1 min.
Step 2 – Add chopped Onion + Capsicum + Cabbage + Chopped Tomato to the pan mix well and saute for 2-3 mins.
Step 3 – Now add Turmeric powder + Red chilli powder + mint chutney + Garam masala + Grated paneer + chaat masala and mix it properly.
Method for wrap
Step 1 – Take roti and apply the Tomato sauce on the roti.
Step 2 – Apply the stuffing in the centre of the Roti/Chapati and some Onion rings.
Step 3 – Roll it from the side in the cylindrical shape.
Warm Veg roll is ready to eat, serve it with Ketchup and Spring Onion.
