Vegetarian Spring Rolls Recipe

Chinese veg spring rolls are popular snacks for children’s. For the kids, I make spring rolls with noodles and vegetables. These are perfect as a tea snack or for a weekend Breakfast.

Preparation Time- 15 mins

Cooking Time- 20 mins


S. No Ingredients Quantity
1 Refined flour(Maida) 2 cup
2 Oil for deep frying 2 cup
3 Noodles/Maggi 1 pieces
4 Grated Cabbage  ½ cup
5 Grated Carrot  ½
6 Grated Capsicum  ½ cup
7 Salt as per taste
8 Chopped Onion  ½ cup
9 Red Chilli 1 Tbsp
10 Tumeric Powder 1 Tbsp
11 Coriender Powder 1 Tbsp
12 Garam Masala 1 Tbsp



Stuffing method


  1. Take a pan and  boil the Maggi/noodles.
  2. Heat oil in the pan and put the chopped Onion to Saute until half fried.
  3. Add the Grated Vegetables , Maggi and saute until the veggies are half fry.
  4. Add the vinegar and salt.


Wrapping method

  1. Take a bowl, Add Refined flour + 1 Tablespoon oil + the pinch of Salt and Knead the soft Dough.
  2. Now make the equal size ball out of the dough, Take a rolling pin and make a big size Roti/Chapati.
  3. Now cut the roti in the square shape using the knife.
  4. Take a small bowl and put 1 tbs  maida + water to make the gummy paste.


Rolls Method.

  • Take a Wrap and place the stuffing in the center, spread the gummy paste towards the center of the wrap.




  • Heat oil in the kadhai and deep fry the rolls.
  • Fry until rolls become crispy and golden brown.


Serve the vegetable Spring Rolls with Sauce/Tomato Ketchup.
