Wheat Dalia Bedmi Poori Recipe
A Great way to serve morning breakfast with Wheat Dalia Bedmi Poori. The Bedmi Poori is a popular dish in North India and if you visit Agra India (Do not forget to visit Tajmahal in Agra)you will find every counter in the morning with hot Bedmi poori and Potato Curry (Aloo Curry) with Bundi Raita.

|1||Wheat Dalia||125 Gram|
|2||Wheat Flour||125 Gram|
|3||Refined Oil for Dough||3 Tablespoon|
|4||Refined Oil – to deep Fry||500 Ml|
Step 1 – Take a bowl add Wheat flour + Wheat Dalia + 3 Tablespoon Refined Oil + Salt + Water and mix it well to prepare the dough.
Step 2 – Make the equal size 8 balls (1-inch diameter), Take the rolling Pin and roll the round shape Poori.
Step 3 – Take a kadhai and heat the 500 Ml oil to Deep fry the rolled Poories. Pour two Poori at a time in Kadhai to fry and take it out until turns golden Yellow in color.
Bedmi Poori is ready, Serve it with hot Potato Curry.
